After working on this short, circular yoga flow based on Warrior II with my students during our Introduction to Yoga class, I took the time in the French Pyrenees to record the flow in the hope that you can enjoy it at home. It is quite brief and all standing, so it can be done anywhere, even without a mat (please make sure you are on a stable, flat and grippy surface). If moving with each inhale and exhale is uncomfortable at all, or you would like a slower, slightly longer practice, please feel free to hold each position for as many full breaths as you would like.
Once you have practiced with my guidance a few times, it might be nicer to mute my voice and try practicing it with your focus on your own movement and breath.
